Instrumentation and Controls built and programmed an RTU and a Duplex VFD panel and provided instrumentation for the Global Water Moonlight Ridge Lift Station. The RTU panel included PLC, an air–conditioning unit, intrinsically safe relays, digital input, panel meters for pressure display, a backup float control circuit with push-button pilot lights, and an individual control selector switch. The VFD duplex panel included 5%-line reactors, phase failure relays, circuit breakers with door disconnects, pilot devices, and an air-conditioning unit. The instrumentation consisted of a flowmeter with ground rings, an ultrasonic level transmitter with a level transducer, a pressure transmitter, float switches, intrusion switches, and pressure gauges with diaphragm seals.
