Darcor provided designs for electrical, instrumentation, and controls for the Rauch Lift station in Agua Fria, Arizona. The project consists of an RTU cabinet that will continuously monitor the lift station, relocation of the Mission Autodialer and cellular modem/antenna. And removing the existing PLC cabinet. The sewage pumps will be controlled by variable frequency drives and the existing sewage pump will be removed. An ultrasonic level transducer or radar laevel transucer will be used to measure the liquid level in the wetwell, control pumps, and send primary level signals to the RTU. Backup level float switches will be designed for backup pump controls and to active an alarm if well gets to high, alalog level signal is lost, or the level transmitter fails. Design includes power for the existing solar shed and intrusion alarm switches will be added to the outer door of each piece of electrical power distribution equipment an the RTU.
