Mr. Gerardo has over 24 years of experience providing electrical design, engineering, and construction services in Arizona and the southwestern United States. Mr. Gerardo is licensed in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, California, and Texas. Specific areas of expertise include power distribution and control for water and wastewater pumping and treatment facilities, technical reports, SCADA, radio telemetry systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), instrumentation, industrial communication/networking protocols, fiber optic systems, radio path studies, motor controllers, arc flash/power studies, various industrial and commercial facilities, lighting, and technical plan reviews. 

Mr. Lugar has over 28 years of experience providing electrical, instrumentation, and control design and construction services for water, wastewater, and industrial systems in the Southwestern United States and manages DARcor’s Field Engineering Division. Before his employment with DARcor, Mr. Lugar managed UL-508A industrial control panel shops in two major markets: the Phoenix Metro area and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Instrumentation and control installation and troubleshooting have been a significant part of his career. 

Mr. Stemper is a controls and automation professional with over 20 years of experience in industrial control panel design, PLC and HMI programming, motion control systems, and instrumentation. He has a strong background in developing reliable, standards-compliant automation solutions for a wide range of industrial applications. From concept and design through commissioning and support, Mr. Stemper is known for his practical, detail-oriented approach and his ability to deliver efficient, maintainable control systems.

Mr. Gerardo has been designing and fabricating industrial control panels for five years and has been instrumental in keeping our quality control to an industry-high standard. Jaime has been providing start-up services throughout Arizona and New Mexico to ensure the projects are being closed out and that systems operate as designed. He makes sure the as-built conditions are incorporated into every final set of drawings.  

Mrs. Stemper brings experience in human resources, office administration, employee development, and process improvement. With a proven record of supporting teams through training, communication, scheduling, and workforce coordination, she has contributed to stronger employee engagement and more efficient operations across multiple industries. Holding associate degrees in Supply Chain Management and Quality Assurance, she combines practical expertise with academic achievement to strengthen workplace culture and support organizational success.
